Climate Service Center Germany - GERICS is an independent scientific organizational entity of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon. Based in Hamburg, Germany, the interdisciplinary team of GERICS focuses on developing scientifically based prototype products and services to support decision-makers in politics, business, and public administration with climate change adaptation. 

 

The Earth Charter is an ethical framework for building a just, sustainable, and peaceful global society in the 21st century.

 

The European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT) is a non-profit association with a global membership base, working with the public sector, the tourism industry and NGOs to ensure universally accessible and inclusive tourism opportunities for all visitors. ENAT and Blue Flag have signed an official Memorandum of Understanding and ENAT is participating in the Blue Flag Jury, contributing its expertise on accessibility policies, standards and best practice.

 

The Higher Education For Good Foundation is the first higher education and research not-for-profit network whose mission is to reshape higher education models for a more sustainable society. It has a glocal philosophy and welcomes all actors (educational institutions, public or private organizations, NGOs) wishing to participate in its mission. It supports researchers from all continents whose work makes it possible to create structuring programs adapted to each territory. The consultation Youth Talks is the Foundation’s first initiative.

The Office for Climate Education (OCE) aims to organise strong international cooperation between scientific bodies, NGOs and educational institutions to educate present and future generations about climate change.

 

Founded by HRH The Prince of Wales to tackle the global crisis of youth unemployment, Prince’s Trust International has been supporting young people through its programmes worldwide since 2015.

The World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance brings together the hospitality industry and strategic partners to address key challenges affecting the planet and its people, local destinations and communities. They develop practical free resources and programmes to create a prosperous and responsible hospitality sector that gives back more than it takes.

 

Launched in 2021 by the United Nations Environment Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration is a rallying call for the protection and revival of ecosystems all around the world, for the benefit of people and nature. It aims to halt the degradation of ecosystems, and restore them to achieve global goals. In line with FEE’s goal of protecting global biodiversity as laid out in our strategy, GAIA 20:30, FEE was proud to be named a Supporting Partner of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration for the protection and restoration of ecosystems and biodiversity around the world.

 

The World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) is the United Nations agency charged with the promotion of responsible, sustainable and universally accessible tourism.

 

The Faculty of Social Sciences is the largest Faculty in the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus comprising four (4) departments including– the Department of Behavioural Sciences, the Department of Economics, the Department of Management Studies, and the Department of Political Science. There are also several Units and Centres that are affiliated with the faculty such as the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute for Social and Economic Studies (SALISES), Institute of International Relations (IIR), Institute for Gender and Development Studies (IGDS), the HEU/Centre for Health Economics, the ANSA Mc Al Psychological Research Centre, the Trade and Economic Development Unit (TEDU) and the Entrepreneurship Unit.

 

The World Cetacean Alliance is the world’s largest partnership working to protect whales, dolphins and porpoises (cetaceans). Through cooperation, the partners of the WCA aim to conserve and protect cetaceans and their habitats in the world’s oceans, seas and rivers, to ensure their continued health and survival.

 

The World Organization of the Scout Movement has been created to promote the unity of the Scout movement around the world and reinforce the sense of global community through an international scout network. It supports the development of the scouting movement which contributes to the education of youth through values of solidarity, cooperation, and inclusivity.


The Foundation for Environmental Education has signed Memorandum of Understanding with UN Tourism, UNEP, ISESCO and, most recently, the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) which recognises the innate value of the hospitality and tourism sustainability initiatives introduced to the Caribbean by FEE through the Green Key and Blue Flag programmes.
